How do I use a grounding sheet?

  1. Prepare Your Bed: Remove your current fitted sheet from your mattress.
  2. Place the Grounding Sheet: Put the ECOHEAL grounding fitted sheet on your mattress just like a regular fitted sheet. Ensure it is snug, with elastic corners tucked in.
  3. Connect the Grounding Cord: Locate the connection point on the grounding sheet. Insert the metal snap on the grounding cord into this connection point.
  4. Ground the Cord: Plug the other end into a properly grounded outlet. Verify with an outlet tester if needed.
  5. Make Skin Contact: Lie down on the grounding sheet, ensuring bare skin contact. You can place a regular sheet on top if desired.
  6. Relax and Enjoy: Enjoy the benefits of grounding as you sleep.

How do I connect the sheet to ground?

  1. Locate the Connection Point: Find the small tab/pocket on your sheet for the grounding cord.

Yes, you can machine wash your ECOHEAL grounding sheet. Follow these steps:

  1. Disconnect: Unplug the grounding cord from both the sheet and the outlet.
  2. Wash: Place the sheet in your washing machine. Use cold water and a gentle cycle.
  3. Detergent: Use a mild, natural detergent free of bleach or fabric softener.
  4. Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid high heat to protect conductive fibers.

How often should I wash my grounding sheet?

Recommendation: Wash your grounding sheet every 1-2 weeks, or more often if needed, to maintain hygiene and conductivity.

Can I use a grounding sheet if I have sensitive skin?

ECOHEAL grounding sheets are made with 100% organic cotton, gentle on sensitive skin. Silver threads are hypoallergenic. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Do I need to use a special outlet for my grounding sheet?

1. THE CABLE DOESN'T WORK

Checking the Cable with a Multimeter

Take the multimeter and set the dial from 0 to 25K (see Figure 1).

Touch one probe to one end of the cable and the other probe to the opposite end (see Figure 2).

If the multimeter display shows a value other than zero, your cable is functioning correctly.

2. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO CONNECT THE CABLE

One round connector on one end of the cable should be connected to the special attachment located on the sheet. The other end with the plug should be inserted into the socket in the grounded outlet.

3. HOW TO UNDERSTAND IF THE SHEET IS GROUNDED

Run the tester over the surface of the fabric. If the tester lights up, the fabric is conductive. Connect the round end to the sheet attachment and plug the other end into a grounded outlet. Now your sheet is grounded.

4. THE SIZES ARE TOO BIG

Since the ECOHEAL sheet is made from exclusively natural components — organic cotton and silver, it will shrink by 3 to 5% after the first wash. Our team accounted for this when designing the sizes. Before the first wash, the sheet will be slightly larger, but after washing, it will acquire the correct dimensions. Size chart provided for reference.

5. I DON’T FEEL ANY EFFECT

Grounding effects vary individually. Some notice benefits quickly; others may take weeks. Consistent use is recommended for long-term improvements.
